Who we work with

For Coaches, Consultants, Advisors and B2B firms.

Executive & leadership coaches

Reach executives, HR and leadership teams buying coaching, leadership development or corporate programs.

Specialist consultants

Build conversations with decision-makers who need your expertise to solve a specific business problem.

Advisors & independent experts

Package your experience into advisory offers that make the scope, value and next step clear.

B2B service firms

Reach the companies that need your service and build an acquisition process alongside referrals.

Why prospects do not respond

More outreach won’t fix a weak offer.

A prospect may receive your LinkedIn message, see your post, visit your profile and still do nothing. If they cannot see what you solve or why they should choose you, another message will not fix the problem.

They see you on LinkedIn

  • Your message
  • Your post
  • Your profile

The buyer’s question

“Why should I choose you?”

If your offer and expertise are unclear, they may leave without replying.

No clear answer. No reason to act.
Generic outreach and weak positioning can leave this question unanswered. Follow-up reconnects. Nurturing gives interested buyers a reason to stay engaged.

The Intellin Client Acquisition System

Strategy and execution for LinkedIn client acquisition.

First, we decide who to reach, what to offer and how to earn trust. Then we build the assets and acquisition process around those decisions.

Four connected parts of the Intellin client acquisition system, starting with strategy.
  1. Set the strategy

Define the buyer, positioning and offer.

  2. Build trust

Make your expertise clear in your profile and resources.

  3. Start conversations

Reach the right buyers with relevant messages.

  4. Follow up and nurture

Stay in touch and help interested buyers take the next step.

Review replies and improve the strategy as you learn.

AI tools can also become part of the offer you deliver to clients.

Positioning and offer strategy

Make your offer clear and easier to buy.

We help you choose a specific buyer, define the problem you solve and package the result into a clear service.

That can include a signature method, a structured program or an advisory offer.

  • BuyerA buyer and problem worth focusing on
  • OfferA clear outcome, scope and delivery method
  • ValuePackaging, pricing and messaging that explain the value
Illustrative offer development: a broad coaching service becomes a 12-week program for first-time managers, with a clear buyer, format and outcome.

Authority that supports acquisition

Outreach gets the click. Authority earns the reply.

When a prospect checks your profile, they need to understand what you do and why your expertise matters.

Profile

Make the buyer, offer and professional background clear.

Useful ideas

Show how you approach the buyer’s problem.

Resources

Give prospects a guide, diagnostic or tool they can use before a call.

Book and ebook strategy can also support the authority plan.

Questions before you book

What you need to know.

What is the difference between done for you and done with you?

Done for you means we build and manage the agreed acquisition process while you lead sales conversations. Done with you means you implement it with direct guidance from Harshal: two months of twice-weekly one-to-one sessions, followed by one month of implementation support.

Is this a LinkedIn lead-generation service?

LinkedIn acquisition is central to the work. We also develop the strategy, offer, positioning and authority that support it, plus follow-up and nurturing after the first contact.

Do you guarantee clients?

No. We work on targeting, messaging, authority and the acquisition process. Winning a client also depends on your offer, pricing, sales conversations, timing and buyer fit.

Will you write and publish my LinkedIn content?

We can develop content strategy, themes, messaging, frameworks and selected AI tools. Ongoing writing and publishing are outside the core service unless included in the agreed scope.

Do I need to be active on LinkedIn already?

No. We start from your current profile, network and professional background. You will need to contribute expertise, approve key decisions and take part in prospect conversations.

Do I need a large LinkedIn audience?

No. A large following is not a requirement for targeted outreach. We plan around the buyers you need to reach and your current starting point.

I already get clients through referrals. Why add this?

It gives you another way to create opportunities alongside referrals. We can also reactivate your network and make referral conversations more focused.

What does it cost?

The fee depends on the scope, delivery model and assets required. We discuss your needs on the strategy call and explain the proposed work and fee before you decide.

Can you help if my offer is not clearly defined?

Yes. We work on the audience, outcome, scope and packaging before increasing acquisition activity. That can include a signature method or structured program.

Do you work with corporate coaching and B2B buyers?

Yes. We shape the strategy around the person buying the service, whether that is an executive, HR or L&D leader, founder or another business decision-maker.

How long does an engagement last?

Done with you includes two months of one-to-one sessions and one month of implementation support. We agree the duration of done-for-you work after reviewing your needs.

Can you build AI tools that I provide to my clients?

Yes. We build tools around your methods for client delivery, as well as tools for your own business. We agree the task, scope and delivery requirements before building.
